We aim to provide a high-quality service that meets the needs and exceeds the expectations of the people we care for. In doing this, it’s really important for us to know who is and who isn’t accessing ourservices.
We have set objectives in our Equality Performance Scheme 2014−2018 and ensure we carry out our Public Sector Equality Duties, as outlined in the Equality Act 2010. However, whilst we are governed by the Equality Act, we are also driven by the need to measure and monitor our services, to ensure they are fit for purpose and deliver high-quality care.
Our Equality Performance Hub summarises our extensive data analysis, shows areas of progress and helps us to identify and respond to the key challenges we face. This data collection and analysis helps us to maintain and continually improve our care and services, providing a positive experience for the people we care for and the people who work here.

Our 2016 report will be published after it has been approved by the board at the end of July.
