1. Who we are

We provide NHS care and treatment for people living in south east England.

Our mental health services provide care and treatment for people with conditions such as psychosis, depression, anxiety, dementia and personality disorder. Our specialist learning disability services provide community and inpatient care for people with complex health needs which can’t be met by other services. We have a number of services that provide very specialist care for people with complex health conditions and social care needs.

We provide care in people’s homes, in specialist clinics, hospitals, GP surgeries and prisons. Our services are aimed at children, young people and adults of all ages and many are provided in partnership.

Sussex Partnership is committed to protecting your privacy, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and will not use any information we may hold about you for any purpose other than that for which it was collected.

We do not automatically capture or store personal information through our websites except in the cases outlined below. Under no circumstances is your data used for anything other than the purpose for which it has been collected.

Care has been taken to describe the treatments in a sensitive manner. Due to their nature you may find some of the content distressing.
