Cycle 145 - cycling to raise awareness of mental illness and suicide in young people

Statistics show that on average, 145 young people end their lives by suicide in the UK every year.

The Cycle 145 event took place on Wednesday 12 April at Fareham Shopping Centre and saw staff from Hampshire Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services and other organisations cycling on 2 static bikes. The goal was to cycle 145 miles to represent the number of young people that take their life each year in the UK.

NHS charity and Rotary Club come together to improve waiting area at local mental health centre

The waiting room at Linwood Community Mental Health Centre in Haywards Heath was officially re-opened on Tuesday 11 April 2017 following a refurbishment funded by the Rotary Club of Cuckfield & Lindfield and our charity, Heads On.
