Specialist care

We provide specialist mental health care for adults across Sussex.

Our services are changing. We’re developing new partnerships and ways of providing patient care. We’re putting research, innovation and learning at the heart of everything we do. Our staff, patients and their families are helping us shape services for the future.

We need the best possible team with the courage and commitment to help us continue improving. We’d like you to be part of our story.

Our services

Most of the people we provide services for live in their own homes and are supported by community services, within their own family and social networks.

For people who cannot live in their own homes due to the complexity, intensity and unpredictability of their condition, we provide specialist care in a number of inpatient settings. These include acute inpatient wards, specialist older adult wards, psychiatrict intensive care units (PICU), rehabilitation units and a care home.

What's your story?

You might be newly qualified and ready to start your career, or someone who wants to return to nursing. You could be working as an occupational therapist, social worker, psychologist or psychiatrist.

Maybe you’re commuting to London at the moment and want to work closer to home, or looking to come and live in Sussex for a change of pace and lifestyle.

Whatever your background, we might have just the right role for you.
