Apprenticeships

In partnership with the University of Brighton we offer social work apprenticeships. This is to enable existing employees to gain a relevant qualification to progress in their careers to become social workers.

Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE)

We are one of only a handful of NHS organisations that offers an ASYE programme. This is a great development opportunity for newly qualified social workers (NQSW) to start their career with Sussex Partnership.

Band 5-6 development roles

Following completion of the AYSE programme and once all the competencies of the role have been met, there is a clear at pathway at Sussex Partnership to support NQSWs to progress from Band 5 to Band 6 positions within the Trust.
