We have a formal complaints procedure for us to use if there is anything about your experience of our services which you are unhappy about. Our complaints policy and experiencing difficulties with our services leaflet are designed to keep things as simple as possible, so that you find it easy to share your experiences with us.
We take our guidance from both positive and negative feedback. It’s always helpful to hear about what has worked well for people as well as their views on what we need to improve.
