Our Equality Performance Scheme 2014−2018 sets out our objectives to ensure we carry out our Public Sector Equality Duties, as outlined in the Equality Act 2010.
Our Equality Performance Hub summarises our data analysis, shows areas of progress and helps us to identify and respond to the key challenges we face. This data collection and analysis helps us to maintain and improve our care and services, providing a positive experience for the people we care for and the people who work here.
