As a carer it’s important not to become isolated. Some carers may feel that they are not coping as well as others may seem to, and it is common to worry about being judged. Talking with others, whether it is with family members, friends or professionals, can help people to feel more confident as carers and prevent feelings of isolation and helplessness.
