We are recruiting
Are you looking to make a difference to the mental health of children, young people and families in Hampshire?
Do you have a passion to work within specialist Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS)?
Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, which provides CAMHS services in Hampshire, is recruiting talented and passionate professionals to a variety of clinical and administrative roles. Due to extensive investment into our service, we are looking to grow our existing teams – and create brand new ones too.
This is where you come in!
How do I get involved?
All our vacancies within Hampshire CAMHS are advertised on our new specialist recruitment website. Click here to browse the opportunities we have at the moment.
Upcoming virtual recruitment events
We are hosting a number of virtual events so you can find out who we are, what we do and how we plan to develop our services. You will hear from clinical leads and colleagues already working with us, so you can find out first-hand how our services work and what it’s like to be a part of the team.
Our staff will also speak about the benefits of working for the Trust (including any relevant incentives). You will have the chance to ask questions about our current vacancies and gather hints and tips for searching and applying for our roles.
We are planning more recruitment events in September, so keep checking back to this website for the dates.
A bit about us...
Hampshire CAMHS is an NHS specialist service for young people aged 5-18 years and their families who are experiencing difficulties with their mental and emotional health.
Our staff work across a number of multidisciplinary teams county-wide, providing specialist services which include early help, eating disorders, urgent assessment and home treatment. We have seven locality-based teams across Hampshire, and two Mental Health Support Teams (MHSTs) in schools in Fareham and Gosport.
Our expanding service will see the creation of a paediatric psychiatric liaison team which will be based in both Hampshire hospital sites (Winchester and Basingstoke), and a brand new blended digital and face to face team. We are also expanding our MHST offer.
All this means that we are looking for many more passionate and committed people to join us in delivering excellent and caring services to children and young people. We have opportunities for administrative and clinical staff across a range of professions including mental health and other nursing specialties, occupational therapy, psychiatry, social work, clinical psychology, psychotherapy (including family therapy and art therapy), and more.
