NHS staff, trainees and students, and those affiliated to the NHS, may apply to join the Sussex Library and Knowledge Service either in person at any of our libraries or using the online form below.

Note: Hampshire-based users will be assigned to the libraries in West Sussex for document requests, evidence searches and training.
