"I have been privileged to work with so many skilled and caring professionals over the years."
Having recently been awarded a long service award recognising 30 years of working in the NHS, Fran Boulter currently works as General Manager for the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) in Sussex.
Having trained as a mental health nurse in 1982, except for a six month break in 1984, Fran has worked in the NHS ever since: “Most of my working career was spent in Forensic Services, where I undertook a number of roles, which included working as a staff nurse on a medium secure unit, a community psychiatric nurse in Sussex, and manager of a medium and low secure in-patient service, court diversion scheme and prison healthcare service.”
When speaking about the NHS, Fran said: “The NHS is a fabulous organisation, and I have been privileged to work with so many skilled and caring professionals over the years. Despite its challenges, the NHS continues to make me proud to be a part of it, and I hope to be a part of it for the foreseeable future.”
