Peter Molyneux, Chair of Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, has worked on a series of podcasts with Amy Hobson, Founder of The Wellbeing Collective, on the subject of authenticity and authentic leadership.

Peter and Amy contacted several senior leaders within healthcare, who identify as LGBTQ+, and asked them to have a conversation about what it means to be authentic in the workplace, and how much of yourself can you bring to work, as a senior leader who is LGBTQ+.
