Staying Well services in Sussex offer support to people who are experiencing a self-defined mental health crisis (e.g. they feel at breaking point and in need of urgent help).
You can refer yourself directly to a Staying Well Service in Brighton & Hove, Crawley, Eastbourne, Hastings and Worthing, and access the service alongside any care you might be receiving. Information about how to access the individual services are detailed below.
