Our monthly staff awards recognise and celebrate a person or team each month for an exceptional contribution they've made to service users, families, carers or colleagues, in line with our values - Compassionate, Accountable and Optimistic
The winner each month receives a prize and certificate, and is put forward for the Chair's Award at the annual Positive Practice Awards.
Two other nominees are highly commended and receive a certificate, and all the month's nominees are published on the intranet to shine a light on the incredible work going on across the Trust.
