Changes introduced in 2018 to the pay system for those employees employed under Agenda for Change introduced a process for assessing the standards required of employees for progression through the pay bands. The purpose of this policy is to outline the process by which these changes will be implemented within Sussex Partnership Foundation Trust (SPFT), thus ensuring that staff have the appropriate knowledge and skills they need to carry out their roles.
