Supporting Staff with Known Lived Experience in the Work Place Policy
The overall purpose of this policy is to provide clear guidance around how best to support people who are working in roles in our organisation that require them to declare and utilise their knowledge gained through lived experience, and also to provide guidance around specific workforce issues around lived experience more generally.
