Sexual Safety Policy
KEY POLICY ISSUES:
• Develop staff confidence in responding to sexual safety concerns involving or
concerning people who use our services as well as our staff.
• Ensure a consistent approach in managing sexual safety incidents in inpatient
mental health and learning disability settings.
• Reviewing and monitoring all incidences of Sexual Safety
• To enable staff to be clear about their roles and responsibilities in relation to
managing sexual safety incidents in mental health or learning disability inpatient
settings.
