Information Request Policy
• This policy provides guidance for all staff involved in processing or handling requests for access to information and records
• Requests may be made under legislation such as for personal information under subject access rights or non-personal information under Freedom of Information/Environmental Information Regulations
• Requests must be managed through the Records Management and FOI teams
• The Trust has statutory time limits to comply with a request for information
