Active Engagement Policy
This policy details the guiding principles for staff regarding achieving the best possible engagement with people using our services, determining an appropriate response when people do not attend (DNA), are not supported to attend, or are not brought to appointments (PNB), and guidance for appropriately managing appointments cancelled by patients, carers and families as well as by Trust staff members.
