To stay informed about your IT support requests, you can track the progress of tickets raised through the Freshdesk portalLog in using your NHS.net details and search using your ticket number to view real-time updates and responses from the Service Desk team.

Using the portal allows us to support you more efficiently and ensures you receive timely information about your request. Additionally, if you need to update your ticket, add any additional information, or let us know that it is no longer valid, you can do so by updating it in the portal too.
