Prevention Management of Violence Aggression Policy
This policy provides guidance and a framework to promote a positive culture and support safe practice, particularly focusing on reducing the risks associated with behaviours of concern, in the form of violence, aggression and harassment. In addition to supporting staff safety and well-being, the policy provides guidance on how we can best support the people in our care to minimise distress, anger or potential violence.
