SPFT People Policy Manual
At Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, our people are central to delivering high-quality care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve. This People Policy Manual has been created to bring together all of our people related policies into one clear, consistent, and accessible document; designed to support every member of our workforce across the Trust.
This manual is more than a collection of policies. It is a reflection of who we are, how we work together, and how we uphold the core values that define our organisation:
