A team of Experts by Experience from the Hampshire & Isle of Wight, Sussex, Kent & Medway CAMHS Provider Collaborative are launching a brand-new podcast series.
'Stepping Forward' is designed to help other young people to not feel alone as they navigate their mental health journey. The first series - which will be released on Soundcloud in September focuses on the discharge process.
