Tell us about your role

I work in the capacity of the Senior Forensic Pathways Manager within the PC. I monitor and measure clinical pathways for Service Users within our commissioned hospitals. I work closely with our three Forensic Outreach and Liaison Services to delivery high quality care to our service users in the community. I work as Line Manager to our Mental Health Case Managers.

How long have you been in your role/worked for the Provider Collaborative?

I started in this role in September 2020.

What's the favourite thing about your job?

I value the opportunity to develop new processes that improve outcomes for our service users, and I enjoy the idea of 'working together to achieve'.

What do you like to do outside of work?

I enjoy family time and watching a wide variety of sport on the TV. I play golf although not very well and I like to undertake domestic projects around the house

Is there anything people would be surprised to know about you?

In October this year, I will have worked in the NHS for 30 years. It only feels like yesterday when I stated in the NHS as a 19-year-old!
