There are bus stops nearby which are serviced by bus routes: 100, 200, 4, 5 to County Oak Retail Park.

When you arrive at Staying Well you should go to the front door and press the buzzer on the wall to the right-hand side of the doorway.

Staff will ask you some questions before opening the door. This happens for everybody who comes to use the service. This is part of the Staying Well service risk assessment.

You will be supported in a relaxed and welcoming environment by a mental health practitioner, a team of recovery workers and a team of peer support workers.

There may be other people using the service at the same time as you. It’s up to you if you would rather sit quietly or talk to the other people in the room. You will be offered a drink by the team.

Staff will offer to talk with you about how you are feeling and how we can support you. You can go to a different room to talk, where it will be quieter and more private.

We are a drop-in service, and you can stay for as long as you would like and visit as many times as you need.

We also offer Attend Anywhere, a virtual link that you can download and call us for support from the comfort of your own home
