Nursing Plan 2024 - 2025
Our Nursing Plan for 2024 - 2025 sets out our nursing direction for the next two years, our priority of providing high quality patient care and the learning and career development opportunities for our nursing workforce.
The new plan was co-produced with our nursing professionals, who took part in a survey, and through a series of focus groups with nurses, nursing associates, healthcare support workers, service users, learners, staff networks and families and carers.
The support, stories and insights offered by people who joined the consultation have all helped to create a plan that will guide Sussex Partnership nursing development and direction in the coming two years.
