Our Social Work Plan responds directly to the ambitions set out in our Organisational Strategy and explains how social work will support the delivery of our ambitions over the next five years.
The plan has been coproduced by our entire social work workforce, many of whom who came together at our Social Work Conference in June 2025, to share ideas to create a plan to support our expanding social work profession across the organisation.
We are proud that this plan is the most comprehensive and ambitious social work plan we have ever had at Sussex Partnership. It builds on the hard work of many people over recent years.
