Care pathways
The Sussex Gender Service team will help support you to make informed decisions about the care pathways you can access. They will be able to explain how you can access support, what you might need to do to prepare, what they will involve, and any potential risks there might be.
Care Navigators are available to offer information about the Sussex Gender Service and support to people using it. Some examples include help with deed polls, obtaining a Gender Recognition Certificate, connecting with community, housing and finance issues, communicating your needs with your GP, changing GP and more.
