Langley Green Hospital
At Langley Green Hospital we care for people with acute mental health problems until they are ready to leave hospital and live in the community.
Coral Ward and Jade Ward are for adults, Opal Ward is for adults and older people, and Amber Ward is a psychiatric intensive care unit (PICU) for adults.
All wards have a lounge and a dedicated quiet room. There are also quieter areas for sitting and relaxing. Every room is single with an en-suite bathroom and each ward has its own private garden.

Our wards provide care 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with care being provided by a dedicated team of doctors, nurses, healthcare assistants, activity co-ordinators, occupational therapists, psychologists, support and administration staff.
Our Wards are able to offer you support and education into ways you can manage your recovery and to cope with the difficulties you experience when unwell. We'll offer time and coping strategies for managing your difficulties such as feeling agitated, frustrated and scared whilst acknowledging times when you need our help and intervention. Interventions we can offer consist of activities, one-to-one time with staff, medicines and treatment reviews.
On our wards we have a mixed team of professionals. This includes healthcare assistants, activity co-ordinators, matrons, nurses, peer support workers, doctors, occupational therapists, pharmacists, psychologists, admin staff and chaplains / spiritual support leads.
