By bus

The hospital is served by the number 55 bus service (Stagecoach), which runs between Chichester and Tangmere. The bus stops for the hospital in Spitalfield Lane.

By train

St Richard’s Hospital is a 20-minute walk from Chichester railway station, or around 10 minutes by taxi or the number 55 bus.

Parking information

Parking is limited.

The main hospital car park is accessed via a barrier. You will receive a ticket at the barrier on entry and should pay at the pay station before returning to your car. Once paid the ticket is used to open the exit barrier.

Car park pay stations accept coins, notes and debit/ credit cards, give change and have an intercom if you need help. 

Blue badge holders can park for free in the designated disabled spaces, but normal charges apply in the main car parks.
