Opportunities to work in a new intensive home treatment service

Closer2Home is an innovative new service that will support children and young people with acute mental health problems in their homes by providing intensive input and support up to three times a day.
There are a number of clinical and non-clinical roles available in this exciting new service that will operate across Hampshire, Dorset and the Isle of Wight. The service will be delivered by four NHS Trusts with Sussex Partnership as the lead provider. Combined these five Trusts form the Wessex and Dorset Provider Collaborative.
