Do you support someone with a personality disorder or emotional intensity difficulties?
Our Complex Emotional Needs team are offering a six-week psychoeducational course which aims to provide carers with information that builds their understanding around complex emotional needs (CEN).
CEN might mean that the person you support has a formal diagnosis of 'personality disorder', or they might have similar experiences, for example, emotional intensity, unstable self-image, or risky and impulsive behaviours.
The following six-week sessions will be held in 2026:
- Spring 18 February - 25 March (Wednesday) 6-8pm
- Summer 27 May - 1 July (Wednesday) 6-8pm
- Autumn 7 October - 11 November (Wednesday) 6-8pm
